A person’s future is molded by his education and his attitude. This means that a person is least likely to achieve success if he doesn’t find in himself the desire to be triumphant, even if he got the highest possible degree. Likewise, a person who’s unfortunate to acquire the best education can still be on top if only he has the strength and perseverance in him. This is because knowledge and character must complement one, another, and it should balance each other as well to get the best possible outcome. Otherwise, a person won’t get to have the right formula that can help him create his own success.

A good example of a successful person with the right mix of wisdom and personality is Sandi Vito. This woman is well known today ever since she took on the position of the Secretary of the Labor and Industry division in Pennsylvania. However, she also went to great lengths just to achieve where she is today. It is also worth noting that she endured everything just to get where she is now.

Sandi Vito got her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Stockton State University. Economics on its own is hard, but Sandi Vito only took it as a stepping stone. Later, she went to the Temple University where she took up the Community and Regional Planning and Urban Studies.

When she finished her studies, Sandi Vito was tapped to work as the Deputy Secretary of the Pennsylvanian Workforce Development department as she was perfect for the position. It was during this time that she showed everyone that she doesn’t only know the right things, but she also has the right qualities for it.

She devoted her work in making sure that the workforce in Pennsylvania becomes better. With her compassion and understanding of the labor industry, she was able to come up with programs that helped create a highly-skilled workforce that is also globally-competitive. It was also through her efforts that employees were able to have more than six percent increase in their wage. Overall, Vito also contributed to the economic growth that Pennsylvania attained in the past years.
