Great initiative and companies who have had former public employment service INEM , from now aged between 18 and 25 years, qualified but experience can make labor practices for three and nine months.

The young people who want to participate in this program must be registered with employment offices and have between 18 and 25. They must have an official university or vocational training or higher grade average, or degree of the same level as that of the latter, corresponding to the teaching of vocational training, artistic or sports. Addition may not have had an employment relationship and other professional experience of more than three months. The practices will be developed in the workplace of the company or business group under the supervision of a responsible guardian.

For its part, the company must meet its obligations in the agreements set of practices, their duration, days and times for completion, the center where they are performed to determine the tutorial system and the certification to which the young have the right to carry out the practice.
